When you rent a game, a deposit is charged to your PlayDrop wallet. It covers the replacement cost of the game. Once you return the game undamaged, the deposit is automatically returned to your wallet balance — instantly, with no manual steps required on your part.
If a game is returned with damage, the store owner reviews the case and a portion or all of the deposit may be retained to cover repair or replacement costs. All games are photographed before dispatch to ensure a fair, evidence-based assessment for both sides.
Delivery radius varies by partner store but is typically 5–8 km. Before you order, the app shows which stores can reach your pinned location along with estimated delivery times — so you always know what to expect upfront.
Yes! Extend your rental right from the app, subject to availability. Extensions are charged at the hourly rate. You'll receive a reminder notification before your rental expires so you have time to decide whether to extend or wrap up.

The minimum rental period is 1 hour. Rentals come in 1-hour blocks up to a maximum of 4 hours. If you finish early, you can request pickup anytime — your remaining time won't be refunded, but there's no extra charge either.
Each partner store lists their own catalog. Typical offerings include strategy games (Catan, Ticket to Ride, Pandemic), party games (Codenames, Dixit, Wavelength), and family classics. The catalog varies by store and grows as more partners join the network.
Return the game undamaged and your deposit appears back in your PlayDrop wallet instantly. From there, use it toward your next rental or withdraw to your bank account — withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Each plan includes a base number of game slots (Free: 2, Pro: 3, Pro Max: unlimited). A slot represents one game listing in your store. Need more slots on Free or Pro? Add extra slots for ₺200/month each.
